Description of the service:

Provision of flight support services and granting flight permissions, including:

  1. Handling of an urgent flight in Belarus airspace (3 days before departure, ratio 1.0);
  2. Handling of an urgent flight in Belarus airspace (2 days before departure, ratio 1.66);
  3. Handling of an urgent flight in Belarus airspace (24 hours before departure, ratio 2.66);
  4. Cancellation of an urgent flight in Belarus airspace, initiated by the airspace user.

Service request procedure:

  • Flight permission is granted based on request for flight support services.

Provision of Aeronautical Information Services

 Description of the service: 

Provision of aeronautical information services, including:

1. Provision of Belarus eAIP in electronic form (in XML, HTML and pdf formats), supplements to the AIP, lists of valid NOTAMs and AICs (only in pdf format), without cover with dividers for AIP

2. Annual support for Amendments to the eAIP in electronic form (in XML, HTML and pdf formats), supplements to the AIP, lists of valid NOTAMs and AICs (only in pdf format)

3. Belarus AIP VFR, amendments and supplements to AIP VFR, AIC in electronic form (in HTML and pdf formats), without cover with dividers for AIP VFR

4. Annual support for amendments and supplements to AIP VFR, AIC in electronic form (in HTML and pdf formats)


Payment with bank card:

If you choose to pay by a bank card via internet acquiring, please send a request to the above contact persons, stating what service you need and what fee you are going to pay, as well as your e-mail address.

We will enter the details of the intended payment into the Assist Belarus electronic payment system, will receive a payment hyperlink and send it to you.

Immediately after you receive the payment link to your e-mail address, the payment is made over the internet in real time.

For the transaction you may use international payment system cards VISA (all types), MasterCard (including Maestro) issued by any bank in the world, as well as BELKART cards. 

When payment is made with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the bank card number) is carried out by Company of Electronic Payments ASSIST LLC, using software and hardware of Assist Belarus electronic payment system which has passed international certification.

The system that ensures the security of payments uses a secure TLS protocol to transfer confidential information from the client to the server and handle it further in the processing centre. This means that the payer’s confidential data (card details, registration data etc.) do not enter the online store, their processing is completely protected, and no one can obtain the client’s personal and banking data. In addition, 3D-Secure and Belcart Internet Password data security technology are applied when processing bank card payments, as required by VISA and MasterCard international payment systems as well as Belkart.


Payment procedure: 

  1. Get a payment hyperlink to your e-mail inbox;
  2. After you click on the payment link, you will be taken to the website of the electronic payment provider belassist.by, which ensures the security of payments. The authorization server establishes a connection with the buyer via a secure TLS protocol and receives from the buyer his bank card’s details (card number, expiry date, the cardholder’name exactly as it appears on the bank card, as well as CVC2 or CVV2 number printed on the back of the card). Online payment by bank card is completely confidential and secure.
  3. Your personal data and card details are entered on the authorization page of the payment system. Access to these data is carried out via the TLS secure data transfer protocol, and secure internet payment technologies VerifiedbyVis, MasterCardSecureCode and BelkartInternetPassword are also used.

Visa, MasterCard and Belkart cards issued by any bank in the world are accepted for the payment. We recommend that you contact your bank in advance to make sure that your card can be used for online payments.

Authorization may be denied for the following reasons:

  • there are not enough funds available on the card; 
  • the card-issuing bank does not allow online payments;
  • session for entering card details has expired;
  • the entered data were not confirmed by you on the payment page, data format error, etc.

Depending on the reason for the authorization denial, in order to resolve the issue you can:

  • seek clarification from the card-issuing bank;
  • if the problem cannot be solved by the bank, make another payment attempt using a card issued by another bank.

All receipts (payment confirmations) received after the card payment must be kept for reconciliation with the bank account statement, in order to confirm the transactions performed in case such a need arises in disputable situations.

Procedure for refunding payment made by bank card:

In case of refund, the money will be returned to the card with which the purchase was made, within 30 days, depending on the card-issuing bank. Remittance fee will be withheld from the party that caused the refund.
