Quality Management System

Since 2014, a Quality Management System (QMS) has been implemented in the Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) of BELAERONAVIGATSIA Republican Unitary Air Navigation Services Enterprise and a Certificate of conformity on correspondence to ISO 9001 standard requirements has been obtained.

The QMS of the Aeronautical Information Service is a set of interrelated and interacting processes and actions, which are managed in accordance with the established Quality Policy and Quality Objectives, and is the basis for the effective work of the Service.

The QMS of the AIS is aimed at continuously improving the quality of the work, taking into account the opinions of consumers. The professional skills and experience of our staff are the guarantor of the quality of the services rendered.

The ISO 9001 Certificate of Conformity issued by Bureau Veritas Certification certifies that the QMS in the AIS has been audited and found to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

The ISO 9001: 2015 certificate of conformity and operation of the quality management system are evidence of the effective work of the Service.
