Quality Management System

The Quality Management System is a set of interconnected and interacting processes and actions that are governed in accordance with the Quality Policy and quality objectives of BELAERONAVIGATSIA Republican Unitary Air Navigation Services Enterprise.

The Quality Management System is designed to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency and competitiveness and to build a reliable foundation for sustainable development. Professional skills and competencies of our employees guarantee the quality of the services provided.

Aeronautical Information Department of BELAERONAVIGATSIA Republican Unitary Air Navigation Services Enterprise was the first division to implement QMS. In 2014 the international company "Bureau Veritas" issued a Certificate of compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

Since then, the Quality Management System has expanded to a wider scope. In 2024, a Quality Management System was implemented and became operational in the following domains: air traffic management including air traffic services (air traffic control, flight information service and alerting service), airspace management, air traffic flow management, search and rescue coordination as well as aeronautical information service.

Quality Management System has been established in the following divisions of BELAERONAVIGATSIA Republican Unitary Air Navigation Services Enterprise: Minsk Air Traffic Control Centre, the Air Traffic Management and Professional Training Department, the Aeronautical Information Department and the Search and Rescue Coordination Centre.

The Certificate of compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements issued on 13 August 2024 confirms the effectiveness of the Quality Management System of BELAERONAVIGATSIA Republican Unitary Air Navigation Services Enterprise.
